Our Founder
Pegasus Consulting was founded by Ashley Trevitz, an energetic, cross functional product leader with 12+ years of experience leading global, matrixed teams through organizational change and leveraging insights and data to create compelling products and experiences.
Leveraging her in-depth experience as a global management consultant, change maker, and strategist, Ashley created Pegasus so that organizations no longer had to compromise between delivering on business results and creating space for innovation and change.
Ms. Trevitz has a Master’s degree from George Washington University, and executive credentials from Georgetown University and the University of Virginia’s Darden School.
Our History
Years ago, our Founder attended an offsite where the facilitator asked everyone to draw a flying horse. After a beat, they then asked how many people had drawn a horse with wings, to which all except one person raised their hand. When asked “What on Earth did you draw?” our Founder responded - “I drew a horse with a cape.”
This outside-the-box thinking is what separates Pegasus from traditional strategy and consulting firms - we celebrate diversity of thought and apply our expertise and energy to create compelling solutions for our clients.
